Become a Member
Contains a membership application that you can fill out online, copy, sign and send with your check for membership fee to the membership chair.

Document also contains health check and vaccine requirements for your dog, an agreement of understanding to become a member and an assumption of risk, release, waiver and indemnification. Also included is a list of the current rules for membership.
